SHCC is pleased to announce that on November 17, 2017, HUD offered SHCC an extension of our PBCA contracts in Texas and Arkansas. SHCC gladly accepted the offer, extending our current contracts until December 31, 2018. We look forward to being your continued partner for the next year, and hopefully longer!
Hurricane Harvey
Texas Governor Greg Abbot has called Hurricane Harvey “one of the largest disasters America has ever faced.” At SHCC, our thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted by this devastating storm. For those of you reading this who wish to help, we encourage you donate to the Red Cross (800-RED-CROSS) or other voluntary organizations that serve in disaster relief. Additionally, the Houston Food Bank, Galveston Food Bank, and Food Bank of Corpus Christi are accepting online donations.
SHCC continues to coordinate with HUD, Owners, and Agents in an effort to assist all affected properties, residents, and employees. The recovery effort is likely to be a long and arduous one, and SHCC wants our Owners and Agents to know we stand ready to support you.

Formed in 2014, Blueprint Housing Solutions is a nonprofit, wholly owned subsidiary of HACA.
