Management Reviews

As SHCC advised in our ListServ on September 9, 2011, SHCC accepted a contract extension, beginning October 1, 2011, to remain the PBCA for Texas and Arkansas. Under the contract extension, SHCC will not be performing Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs). As a result, please direct all questions and/or correspondence regarding MORs to your assigned HUD Project Manager. We will miss our annual visits to your properties and look forward to resuming them under a new contract with HUD.
