Management Reviews
Management Reviews play a vital part in SHCC's verification that Section 8 project owners are adhering to the guidelines outlined in their Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract, as well as applicable HUD Handbooks and federal regulations. The Management Review is designed to be a complete and detailed evaluation of the systems and procedures in place at the property. SHCC will perform a Management Review at your property at least once a year.
