This Notice also outlines the obligations and duties of Owners and responsibilities of HUD Field staff in processing and monitoring the use of this project resource.
  • H 2012-11: State Registered Lifetime Sex Offenders in Federally Assisted Housing
    HUD Notice issued 6/11/12 that provides guidance to prohibit admission to individuals subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sex offender registration program. This Notice also clarifies regulations concerning admissions and strongly recommends Owners/Agents take additional steps to prevent individuals who are lifetime registered sex offenders from receiving federal housing assistance.
