  2010 memorandum from Carol J. • TRACS Website
  HUD website for Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS), a HUD computer system developed to maintain a secure database of housing assistance payment information for properties and individual households receiving HUD assistance.  This webpage also has links to specific documents and announcements regarding TRACS.
• TRACSMAIL User Manual
  Published in August 2002, this is a user guide that provides general information for Owners, Agents, Agencies Transmitting HUD-50059 Data Electronically via TRACSMAIL.  This User Manual will be obsolete as of March 1, 2008, when iMAX replaces TRACSMAIL.
