Update Contact Info
SHCC is committed to ensuring that all correspondence is routed to the correct individual within the property owner or agent's organization. We have created the following online forms to make it easier for owners and agents to update this information with SHCC.
Take the following steps to make a change to your contact information:
- Fill out the online Update Contact Info form.
- Select the "contact type" (such as owner, agent, voucher contact, etc.) you wish to change (see below).
- Enter the new contact information for that individual.
- Enter your name, title and contact information as the person submitting the request.
- Click the "Update Contact Info" button.
Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmatory email to the owner/agent contact to confirm that the change is authorized. For your protection, SHCC will not implement the change until we receive this confirmation.
Contact Types
Owner
Unless the property is owner-managed, the owner contact should be distinct from the management agent contact.
Agent
We will contact this person in the following instances:
- Processing Contract Renewals and annual Rent Adjustments
- When tenant complaints are submitted to SHCC that the property manager or property supervisor has not fully or appropriately addressed
- To notify the owner/agent of upcoming management reviews
- To notify the owner/agent of physical inspection follow-up requirements
- To request information; and for any other issues related to your HAP contract
Property Supervisor
This is the person who is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the on-site manager.
Site Manager
Voucher Contact
We will contact this person in the following instances:
- When there are errors on the voucher that need correction
- When the voucher has not been submitted
- To confirm the dollar amount approved, etc
Are you a new owner that needs to change all of the contacts? Please download our Contact Information Form. This document will need to be signed by an authorized representative of the new ownership entity and returned to SHCC for processing. See the Contact page for mailing and fax information.
