The property must display SHCC Call Center posters in an accessible common area within clear view by all residents and interested parties. We, at SHCC, appreciate your cooperation in displaying these posters.

Please be advised that the displayed SHCC posters are in addition to the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) posters required by HUD. Verification that both the SHCC and FHEO posters are displayed will be assessed at your Annual Management & Occupancy Review.
